Under our Terms of Sale, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase during the cancellation period.

The withdrawal period starts from the date of conclusion of the contract, i.e. when ILC Srl sends you the Shipping Confirmation, and continues until the end of 14 days from the day after receipt of the Item(s). The right of withdrawal applies to both sale and non-sale Products.

If the Product was shipped to you before you canceled your purchase, you must return the Product to ILC Srl within 14 days from the day after you canceled your order.

If you wish to cancel your purchase(s), you must follow the procedure outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy. If you do not do so, you will be solely responsible for the cost of shipping any Products to ILC Srl (see point 2 on where to return products).

1 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the contract created by our written order confirmation without giving any reason, but within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or someone you designate (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the product(s) of your order .

If you are a customer based in the European Union or the European Economic Area and have made a purchase via the ILC website (officinabvmilano.com), this is considered your legal right to withdraw from the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.  

To cancel the contract and return the product(s), you can contact the ILC Srl office at info@bvmilano.com or call us at 0039 391 1740461 (Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., CET) and follow the instructions provided. Alternatively, you can send ILC Srl a clear statement in writing, such as a letter or email, to:

2 – RETURN PROCEDURE

BV Milano brand products purchased through the ILC website may only be returned to the Returns Department of ILC Srl, at the address of our Returns Department:

 BV Milano, Via Rovello 18 – 20121 Milan, Italy,

by contacting our office to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

Products purchased through other sales channels CANNOT be returned to our Returns Department. Please contact us if necessary at the email address above.

To return a product to the Returns Department of ILC Srl, you must follow these steps:

• Call us to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
• Agree on a collection date with our logistics partner; please note that at this stage you may be asked to provide information about the product for an initial assessment of the condition of the product to be returned;
• Fill in the required information on the return form attached to your package and sign it; if necessary, Customer Service can send you a return form by email.
• You must include the completed return form in the delivery package along with the product, all its accessories, any free items received as part of your order, the warranty card, if available, and all other documents, in their original box.
• The delivery package must be sealed so that the logistics operator can collect a sealed package;
• You must keep proof of the return shipment and we accept no responsibility if such proof cannot be provided, as only goods received by our returns department can be refunded or replaced.

3 – CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS AND QUALITY CONTROL STANDARDS

ILC Srl will verify that the returned product meets the conditions of the Returns and Refunds Policy and, if so, will proceed with the applicable refund or replacement.

Our products (shoes and belts and/or other leather goods) must be returned new and unused, i.e., in perfect condition and with all protective materials in place and labels and stickers attached (if applicable), as well as with the original ILC/BV Milano box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents. Please note that the upper and sole (colored leather sole) of the product's shoes are the areas that are fully checked and verified by the ILC quality department to ensure that the shoes are unused. If you received free items as part of your order, they must be returned along with the products.

ILC Srl reserves the right not to accept any returns if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered in any way from its original condition or, alternatively, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

All returns will be subject to strict quality checks by ILC Srl to ensure that the returned products meet these requirements. If the products do not meet quality control standards, ILC Srl will refuse the return and the products will be returned to you. If the returned product meets quality control standards, we will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange. 

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale will entitle us to refuse the returned product and send it back to you at your expense.

Once ILC Srl has received and validated the returned items, ILC Srl will send you an email to confirm the validation of the returned Product.

4 – REFUNDS

You can return a product purchased through the ILC website – officinabvmilano.com – to obtain a refund, provided that the return complies with our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Only the purchaser will be entitled to receive a refund of the purchase price, meaning that under no circumstances will a person who received the product as a gift (i.e., a "Gift Recipient") be entitled to receive a refund. If you are a Gift Recipient and wish to return a product, please contact us to discuss your options. 

If the return complies with the Terms and Conditions of Sale of ILC Srl, we will make every reasonable commercial effort to refund the purchase price to the buyer, using the same means of payment used by the buyer for the initial transaction, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned item by our Returns Department.

The initial shipping costs will be refunded, except in cases where a non-standard delivery method was initially chosen, in which case the additional costs will not be refundable.

5 – EXCHANGES

It is possible to return a product purchased through the ILC website to replace it with another BV Milano/ILC product, provided that the return complies with the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Return and Refund Policy of ILC Srl.

If a product is returned to the Returns Department to be exchanged for a less expensive product, only the purchaser of the returned product will be entitled to receive a refund for the price difference. If a product is returned to be exchanged for a more expensive product, the customer must pay the price difference. 

6 – SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

If you do not return a Product or if a Product sent via the Return Procedure does not arrive and you are unable to provide proof of shipment, ILC Srl reserves the right to refuse a refund. 

If the Products were purchased using a special offer that included multiple Products, all Products ordered using the special offer must be returned in order to be eligible for a refund. 

Your legal rights in relation to goods that do not comply with the sales contract entered into between the parties upon order confirmation (for example, if they are defective or do not match the description) are not limited or excluded by these terms.
